Metcraft
Founded in 1968 as a custom stainless steel fabricator serving the commercial food service industry, Metcraft quickly established a reputation for quality products, competitive prices and reliable deliveries. In 1981, Metcraft joined the Masco family of companies. At the same time, the company expanded its product line to include heavy-gauge stainless steel plumbing fixtures designed for use in prisons, jails and other detention facilities. Since the introduction, Metcraft has added hundreds of models for an expanded range of applications including those designed for schools, public rest stops, parks and other areas where vandalism can be a problem. Metcraft’s securityware line features many new innovations. Examples include new low-flush products (HET and Flex Flush) which exceed the current performance requirements as established by the ASME standards. In 2002 Metcraft Industries, Inc. purchased the Securityware line from Metcraft, Inc. The entire manufacturing operation was relocated to Lee’s Summit, Missouri. This has allowed Metcraft Industries to expand into other product lines that will benefit from our current technologies. Metcraft Industries management team is made up of many of the same people that launched the Securityware line in 1981. Today, Metcraft Industries products are distributed by more than 30 sales agencies throughout the United States and Canada.
