Cancellation policy

All order cancellations must be requested via email, no exceptions. Please email shipping@qualityplumbingsupply.com to cancel an existing order.

The easiest way to cancel your order is to reply to your order invoice email with a note stating you need to cancel.

Most orders are shipped same day or the next business day. If you need to cancel your order, you need to do so before the package is shipped.

Once the package is shipped, an order cannot be cancelled and you must go through the RMA process to return the products as outlined in the Return Policy.

Return Policy

Returns require request RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) through the website.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Please do not ship your order back to us without notifying us and receiving an RMA.  

Refunds are at the sole discretion of Quality Plumbing Supply.

There will be no refund or credit for installed and/or used parts

All items returned must be uninstalled, new and in sellable condition.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:

-special order items

-electrical equipment and components

-toilet seats and seat parts

-incomplete kits

-tools

Returns require an RMA. If we receive parts back without an RMA, we reserve the right to either not process the return for refund or charge a 25% restocking fee.

All returns must have an RMA issued within 15 business days of delivery. All returns must be in original packaging with all printed media enclosed.

Returns with an RMA that are received after 15 business days of issuance, will be charged a 15% restocking fee.

Refunds will not be issued until Quality Plumbing Supply receives and inspects the returned items.

Defective Products

Defective products may be exchanged within 14 Days of delivery (10 business days). Defective items may only be exchanged for the same item. No refunds. Exchange only. No exceptions. Exchange for defective items will not be given until defective item is returned. Some items may need inspection by the manufacturer before an exchange is issued. 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your item is received and inspected, if approved, then your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. We reserve the right to refuse to refund shipping charges at our discretion.

To return your product after you receive an RMA, you should mail your product to the specified address or if instructed to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.  You are responsible for packing your order to prevent damage, always return unit in packaging in which it was originally shipped.  We do not accept damaged packages.  Our large items often come in custom boxes, this is for the protection of the item.  

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance.
